controlled by crime and corruption that the local residents are complacent with
"the way things are", it's time to set a new course. As is so often stated in
literature, "All Good Things..." For KBKH 92.9-FM, this is A New Beginning as we
prepare to rejoin civilization. Yes, our radio station continues to exist as an
industry leader. The criminals in Shamrock, Texas, have made it a certainty that
KBKH will go on forever if for no reason other than to always shine a bright
spotlight on the crime, corruption and greed that exists in the community
leaders who are really nothing more than liars and thieves. As a result of this,
we've chosen to move our base of operations to a city that is not completely
enamored with crime and corruption and from which we may continue our services
to the good and honest people of this economically depressed and distressed area
that cannot seem to shake off the grip of crime, corruption and pure evil.

A group of evil criminals, plotting to make a $135,000 loan
(consisting of taxpayer money) to some people who did not own the business and
could not legally borrow against it, while planning on forcing a fraudulent
"foreclosure" through a vicious (and illegal) unlawful restriction of trade
conspiracy.
The Motive
Of The David Rushing Crooks
The $265,000 to be gained in forcing a criminally plotted "foreclosure" on a business that is
owned by "outsiders" (as referred to by the "locals"). The
plot was to re-sell said
business at upwards of $400,000, pay out the outstanding $135,000 (that was
originally loaned by the conspiracy group) and pocket (divide-up) the remaining $265,000 as "the
spoils" while placing another "good old boy" (who will submit to being
controlled by the conspiracy group) in control of the local radio station,
thereby assuring that none of the information contained on this site is made
public.
The "Problem" (For The Crime-Ring)
An uncontrollable "outsider" who actually knows and honors
federal communications law and refuses to be controlled by the local criminal
establishment.
The "Problem" (For Civilized Society)
A completely corrupted justice system in which the largest drug
deals have been conducted by the prosecutor, out of the offices of the district
attorney, for years. Add to this a group of local "money-mongers" who will do
anything within their corrupted powers to rob, cheat and steal whatever they
want from anyone at any time (in the words of primary ring-leader David Rushing)
"because we can do whatever we want, we are backed by taxpayer money that will
not run out and we have complete control of the DA".

brutally robbed at gunpoint and financially torn apart by a local group of
drug-dealers and organized criminals who are still terrorizing this small

place to live for both ourselves as well as our children. If being despised by
criminals is the cost of a better world, we are willing to accept that cost!
