talk-programming detailing David Rushing, Lynn Switzer, Rick Roach, Rick
Walden, Tom Velasquez and Jerry Bob Jernigan's criminal conspiracy)

This one is just over an hour in length, is CD quality and will be our final
"test" before we resume programming to our worldwide audience on a full-time
basis. ("Thanks" to all who have downloaded the previous tests and to those
of you who have already asked about receiving new updates for future
listening. Our online audience appears to be as strong as ever!)
Shall we try
this again? After announcing the proud return of 92.9-FM to a set of
speakers near you (anywhere on earth), we were (not) surprised to find two
goons breaking into our transmitter building in an effort at making sure we
couldn't possibly meet our deadline for resuming programming. Well, it has
now been almost 45 days since the break-in and we're ready to try again!
Unfortunately, due to the criminal nature of the area in which we find
ourselves, we will quietly do some testing and, only upon completion of the
testing, we will resume programming so as to avoid another instance of "paid
breaking and entering" as David Rushing and company slowly realize that we
are (again) getting closer to broadcasting the ugliness of their criminal
political agenda for all to see. Keep watching. Visitor to kbkh.com will be
among the first to know. (But, that slight advantage will not last for long
as "old lardass" realizes that he has accomplished nothing more than to
reinforce our resolution to continue on and to rededicate our station to
bringing the tremendous corruption in this area to light and to the scrutiny
of the civilized world.

following the latest in a series of fraudulent attacks, break-ins and
attempted burglaries carried out at the behest of the
local deranged lunatic (David Rushing) who has enlisted the aid of the Drug Use and
Distribution Office of Texas (Office of the District Attorney, 31st Judicial

On Friday, November 16th, 2007, two individuals - who are
completely unknown to us - were found removing an air conditioning unit
from the wall of the KBKH 92.9-FM transmitter building and entering
through the resulting hole in the wall. Upon being confronted and
interviewed on video-tape, the individuals insisted that they were
"hired to haul out a transmitter" and "have permission to take stuff
from here" and that "everything is OK because the man that hired us from
Oklahoma has permission from the local people for us to take what we
want". We will be uploading this unusual interview of the latest
break-in at the radio station within the next few days. It's another in
a long series of crimes and, of course, nothing will be done about it as
(despite the close-ups in the interview and the clear view of the
vehicle - license plates included) I'm absolutely certain that
Rick
Walden would have to assure us that "we ain't investigatin' any
break-ins at that radio station" just as he did at the last court
hearing on June 29th, 2007... (Only in texASS!)

across a strange one tonight ... not far from Tulia, Texas, where a phony drug
ring prosecution took place a few years ago. In Shamrock, Texas, the owner of
the FM station (if you believe his website) has been convicted of stealing from

That IS a strange one, sir Qal R Mann. Man I thought -I- was in small-
market radio. That sounds really small-marketish, like the small towns
where the town council members bring their guns to the council
meetings. (I have actually heard this happens in some of the small

Sounds like Boss Hogg and Rosco P. Coltrane are in charge of this

Calls were KBYP and I have the banner. I have pictures here before the tower was
taken down and the studio stuff and transmitter removed. The Collins was saved
by a ham in New England.

Mr. Hammond is a friend of mine, and "The Red River Mafia" a.k.a. the EDC thinks
they own the station. Funny, the FCC shows no record of this. But these folks
aided with a corrupt state prosecutor (the
previous one went to jail for serious drug charges) who does not
recognize the FCC as governing radio stations in Texas. Unfortunately
Mr. Hammond's appeal is the 28th, and it may be that he will have to
go to jail for 2 years. I am also on the EDC's shit list, so when I go
through Wheeler county I've got to go through and not get caught for
speeding. If I did, I could end up dead, I guess. There's a lot more I
could say, but the hit man could show up (Powell E. Way, III, SC,
ibid.)

This was previously covered a few
years ago in DXLD, under OKLAHOMA [non] since Hammond was thinking about moving
across the border to Oklahoma to get away from that horrible place, Shamrock
(Glenn Hauser, ibid.)
There has been some commentary about this from Keith on the b/c list. Apparently
the prosecutor was able to claim in court that "the FCC license for KBKH is a
forgery", and should be disregarded by the jury. The EDC would be the local
Economic Development Council, who purport to be the true owners, as I understand
the posted accounts (Bob Foxworth, ABDX via DXLD)
The license is not a forgery, but that's one of the claims of David
Rushing. He also doesn't recognize the FCC as valid --- period (Powell
E. Way III W4OPW, ibid.)
