The Story
Of KBKH 92.9-FM
Shamrock Economic Development Corporation (AKA Shamrock EDC
and/or Shamrock EDB), A group of evil criminals, led by David Rushing, who plotted to make a $135,000
illegal loan
(consisting of taxpayer money and against federal rules and regulations) to
individuals who did not ever own the radio station and
as such could not legally borrow against it. Shamrock EDC, at the direction of
David Rushing, illegally planned on forcing a fraudulent
and criminal "foreclosure" through a vicious and illegal unlawful restriction of trade
conspiracy.
The Motive
Of The David Rushing Crooks
The $265,000 to be gained in forcing a criminally plotted "foreclosure" on a business that is
owned by "outsiders" (as referred to by the "locals"). The
plot was to re-sell the radio station at upwards of $400,000, pay out the outstanding $135,000 (the
taxpayer money that was
originally "loaned" to people who never owned the radio station or any
portion thereof by the conspiracy group) and pocket (divide-up) the remaining $265,000 as "the
spoils" while placing another "good old boy" (who will submit to being
controlled by the conspiracy group) in control of the local radio station,
thereby assuring that none of the information contained on this site is made
public. The local newspaper has long ago submitted to being "The Propaganda
Press".
The "Problem" (For The Crime-Ring)
An uncontrollable "outsider" who actually knows and honors
federal communications law and refuses to be controlled by the local criminal
establishment. An uncontrollable "outsider" who would rather "loose it all"
before becoming "just another puppet mouthpiece" to the local criminal
conspiracy group.
The "Problem" (For Civilized Society)
A completely corrupted justice system in which the largest of the
areas drug
deals have been conducted by the district attorney and his employees, out of the offices of the district
attorney, for years. Add to this a group of local "money-mongers" who will do
anything within their corrupted powers to rob, cheat and steal whatever they
want from anyone at any time (in the words of primary ring-leader David Rushing)
"because we can do whatever we want, we are backed by taxpayer money that will
not run out and we have complete control of the DA who will always support us in
what we do".
Our Mission
Our primary mission is to expose the criminal acts this group of
individuals has committed so that no one else need ever have to live through the
horrible experiences that we've gone through. Experiences that have most likely
scarred our children for life.
These people (David Rushing, Jerry Bob Jernigan, Lynn Switzer,
Rick Walden, Toby Brooks, Johnny Rhoades, Rick Roach and others) have committed
crimes that - in a civilized society - would bring swift arrest, indictment and
conviction. However, in Shamrock, texas, what these people have done to this
business and others is simply considered "business as usual" due to the fact
that they've done so much (and gotten away with it) for so long that no one ever
seems to question the validity (and/or legality) of their actions which
genuinely are criminal in nature as well as malicious in intent.
Our secondary mission is to rebuild (from the ground up) a great radio
station that was
brutally robbed at gunpoint and financially torn apart by a local group of
drug-dealers and organized criminals who are still terrorizing this small
community.
During these next several days, weeks and months, watch this site
as we show you every detail of the rebuilding of that which
crime, corruption and sheer crooked and nasty evil drug-dealers and thieves have
so valiantly sought to destroy.
However, due to the ongoing criminal conspiracy and never ending
criminal acts committed against us, we seem to be delayed to the point of
absolute and total frustration as, each and every time we get a start on any
kind of accomplishment, someone seems to crawl out of the woodwork and simply
"walk away" with very large and expensive items and equipment and the local "law
enforcement agenecies" - in the words of Chief Deputy Rick Walden - "ain't
investigatin' any crimes against that radio station!"
92.9-FM Background Information
KBKH 92.9-FM is the Shamrock, Texas, radio station that
was viciously attacked by a greedy criminal conspiracy that operates in and
around
Shamrock and Wheeler County in Texas. The crime-ring is made possible by
the continuing insertion of people who care more about personal advancement and
profits than justice into the office of district attorney for the 31st. judicial
district in the state of texas (not capitalized intentionally). This is how the
last district attorney came to be serving both state and federal prison
sentences for drug use and drug dealing in the courthouse, firearms violations and
possession of child-porn. (This says a LOT for and about the "proud" state of texas!!!)
It is the sincere opinion of many that this crooked DA's replacement is, if
anything, even more unscrupulous and shows an even greater disregard for
morality and justice
than her predecessor and mentor had ever even considered.

Clearly, we have a great local radio station that is well
respected among the more honest majority within the community and is recognized
as "too honest" among the more evil and criminally inclined. Sure! The crooks
and criminals absolutely despise us and have fought tooth and nail against each
and every effort we have made toward making our community a better and more safe
place to live for both ourselves as well as our children. If being despised by
criminals is the cost of a better world, we are willing to accept that cost!

ran
across a strange one tonight ... not far from Tulia, Texas, where a phony drug
ring prosecution took place a few years ago. In
Shamrock, Texas, the owner of
the FM station (if you believe his website) has been convicted of stealing from
his own station.

That IS a strange one, sir Qal R Mann. Man I thought -I- was in small-market radio. That sounds really small-marketish, like the small towns
where the town council members bring their guns to the council
meetings. (I have actually heard this happens in some of the small

Sounds like Boss Hogg and Rosco P. Coltrane are in charge of this

Calls were KBYP and I have the banner. I have pictures here before the tower was
taken down and the studio stuff and transmitter removed. The Collins was saved
by a ham in New England.

Mr. Hammond is a friend of mine, and "The Red River Mafia" a.k.a. the EDC thinks
they own the station. Funny, the FCC shows no record of this. But these folks
aided with a corrupt state prosecutor (the
previous one went to jail for serious drug charges) who does not
recognize the FCC as governing radio stations in Texas. Unfortunately
Mr. Hammond's appeal is the 28th, and it may be that he will have to
go to jail for 2 years. I am also on the EDC's shit list, so when I go
through Wheeler county I've got to go through and not get caught for
speeding. If I did, I could end up dead, I guess. There's a lot more I
could say, but the hit man could show up (Powell E. Way, III, SC,

across the border to Oklahoma to get away from that horrible place,

There has been some commentary about this from Keith on the b/c list. Apparently
the prosecutor was able to claim in court that "the FCC license for KBKH is a
forgery", and should be disregarded by the jury. The EDC would be the local
Economic Development Council, who purport to be the true owners, as I understand
the posted accounts (Bob Foxworth, ABDX via DXLD)
The license is not a forgery, but that's one of the claims of David
Rushing. He also doesn't recognize the FCC as valid --- period (Powell
E. Way III W4OPW, ibid.)
