Guilty, as charged:

92.9-FM is guilty
of giving (free of charge) well over $235,000 in
free local advertising and local promotion to various
local businesses and
public organizations since the station became a
family owned operation in February of 2002. This free promotion of
local businesses and organizations continues to be provided as a means of aiding our local community in
promoting growth and development within the
community and surrounding areas. This
support of local business is
not all provided in the form of "free public service" and a great deal of the
advertising and promotion was and continues to be given to private businesses in an effort
at promoting the friendliness of the local community and in an effort to
bring in visitors who are passing through on the highways and would
otherwise never stop to visit our community.

92.9-FM is guilty
of constantly
airing programs that
provide useful information
and/or helpful hints for the benefit of the citizens of the Texas
Panhandle and Western Oklahoma. We've been guilty
of providing these much needed services for more than 4 years, now.

92.9-FM
is guilty of negotiating with
government agencies in efforts at bringing advanced storm
warnings and various other emergency information into the area.
We've been guilty of trying to bring these life-saving services into
the area for more than 4 years, now.

92.2-FM is guilty
of purchasing and installing some of the most technologically advanced
storm warning systems in existence.
We've been guilty of and intermittently accused of
saving lives and property in the area for more than 4 years, now.

92.9-FM is guilty
of purchasing and installing not just one but several emergency
transmitters and antenna systems to be used in the event of failure of
our main
systems.
We've been guilty of going to such great lengths to
stay on the air and serve the local community, particularly during
times of storms and tornados, for more than 4 years, now.

92.9-FM is guilty
of purchasing and installing emergency power systems to be used instead
of the commercial
electrical distribution
system. This insures us that, no matter what state of disrepair the
commercial utilities are in, we'll be on the air with no chance of
failure.
We've been guilty of going to such great lengths to stay on the air
and serve the local community, particularly during times of storms and
tornados, for more than 4 years, now.

of purchasing and keeping two extra towers to be used in the event of
failure of the main tower.
We've been guilty of going to such great lengths to
stay on the air and serve the local community, particularly during
times of storms and tornados, for more than 4 years, now.

of remaining on the air and bringing emergency weather information on
several occasions when other stations in surrounding counties were
either not on the air or were running automated computer-based music
programming
during the past 4 years.
We've been guilty of saving lives and property in
this manner for more than 4 years, now.
As you can see, 92.9-FM
is a proud and active member of the community and surrounding areas.
92.9-FM is guilty of all of the above, has been persecuted beyond
believability as such by David Rushing, Lynn Switzer, Rick Walden and
others.
